Gavin Duckett brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services and investment management to his role on Seneca’s Investment Committee. He has worked in major financial centres including Sydney, London, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Melbourne, with deep expertise in global multi-asset strategies, relative-return and absolute-return manager selection, and cross-asset portfolio design. Prior to joining Seneca, Gavin was a Portfolio Manager with Easton Asset Management Ltd, where he contributed to asset allocation, fund selection and model portfolio construction for institutional and private clients. He was also a founding member and Singapore head of the investment committee at a leading expatriate-focused financial advisory firm, where he helped develop internal investment frameworks and portfolio construction policies. Gavin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Banking & Finance and a Master’s degree in Commerce/Financial Planning from the University of Western Sydney. As an Investment Committee member, Gavin supports Seneca’s governance and portfolio oversight, bringing a global perspective on asset allocation and risk management that complements the team’s domestic equity focus.
