Luke Laretive has a decade of experience providing strategic investment analysis and advice to some of the world’s leading organisations. Luke works closely with his clients to design and implement specialised, personalised, multi-asset portfolios for high net worth families, keeping their long-term objectives at the core of his strategy.
Luke holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from Monash University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia. He is a level 2 accredited derivatives advisor and co-founder of Seneca.
John Baillie has over twenty years of experience advising high net worth families on how to invest their money. John specialises in assisting private family companies, helping them through the succession planning process. John holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John is a Non-Executive Director of two ASX-listed companies, a charitable foundation and acts in both an Executive and Non-Executive capacity for a number of private businesses.
Victoria is an expert operations, administration and support having spent over 10 years as Melbourne branch manager for Shaw & Partners. Since co-founding Seneca in 2017, Victoria has been responsible for development and implementation of Seneca’s compliance, learning and development, operations and advice protocols. Victoria is an accomplished private client advisor and key relationship manager, a Responsible Manager on Seneca’s AFS License and a deceased estates administration specialist.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Economics from Deakin University and is a level 2 accredited derivatives advisor.
Zac Angove has over 7 years experience in the financial services industry which has seen him provide strategic advice to help families achieve their goals. His diverse skill set now allows him to design and implement specialised, personalised, multi-asset portfolios for families, keeping their long-term objectives at the core of his strategy.
Zac holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Curtin University.
Kaite has worked in the wealth and investment management industry for 27 years and has spent the last 12 years advising high net worth families, with a focus on Australian shares and fixed income securities.
Kaite holds an Advanced Diploma in Stockbroking from the Stockbrokers Association of Australia and is accredited in Margin Lending and Superannuation.
Arthur has over 13 years of experience providing timely and strategic investment advice to high net worth individuals, institutional, sophisticated and professional investors. With a passion for equity markets, Arthur focuses on portfolio construction and management, security selection and stockbroking, assisting his clients to generate income and capital growth over their various investment time horizons.
Arthur holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University and is a Level 1 Accredited Derivatives Advisor (ADA1)
Angela is a professional and experienced associate having spent 12 years at Shaw & Partners in Melbourne. Angela assists the business in coordinating the day-to-day operations, compliance and trade-execution functions whilst also managing a range of key client relationships and providing administrative support.
In Ben’s recent work history he has over a decade of Financial Services experience including tenure at UBS and as a founding member of Crestone Wealth Management Australia as an advisor to HNW families and organisations. Ben also acts in an executive and non-executive capacity for a range of private businesses providing advice across a broad range of areas such as strategy, finance and governance.
In addition to assisting clients and associates with navigating global financial markets, Ben also enjoys discussions around intergenerational wealth transfer, socially responsible investment and exploring alternative alpha generating strategies for his clients.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Business accreditation from Federation University and a Graduate Diploma (Masters) of Property at RMIT. He also has relevant finance and tax accreditations including Derivatives Tier 2.

Andrew is a Director, Investment Adviser and AFSL Responsible Manager. Andrew looks after HNW individual clients and is responsible for two equity strategies at Newport Asset Management (Australian and Asian Equity). Andrew is also Head of Compliance & Risk Management at Newport AM.
Andrew has over 30 years experience financial markets including as Senior Dealer, Futures and Options at Bank of New York where he was responsible for implementing the hedging strategy of the treasury department and trading futures, FX and options.
Prior to launching Newport Private Wealth, Andrew was the CEO of Easton Asset Management Ltd; part of the Easton Investments Limited (ASX: EAS) group. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Gavin has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry having worked in Sydney, London, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and now Melbourne. Gavin is a specialist global multi-asset strategies, relative return and absolute return manager selection and innovative cross-asset index solutions.
Gavin was previously as a Portfolio Manager with Easton Asset Management Ltd. Before joining Easton, Gavin was a founding member of one of Singapore’s largest expatriate focused financial advisory firms, where he was responsible for developing the firm’s internal policies and procedures covering asset allocation, investment selection and model portfolio construction. Gavin was also a founding member and Singapore head of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Gavin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Banking & Finance and a Master’s degree in Commerce/Financial Planning from the University of Western Sydney.
