Ben Griffith
Independent Investment Committee Chair
Ben Griffith is the Independent Chair of Seneca’s Investment Committee, bringing more than a decade of financial services experience across advisory, investment strategy and corporate governance. In this role he helps guide the Committee’s strategic decision-making and investment oversight. Ben has held senior roles in financial services, including experience with global institutions such as UBS and Crestone, and acts in both executive and non-executive capacities for a range of private businesses. His broad perspective across markets and governance frameworks supports robust challenge and deliberation within Seneca’s investment governance process. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business from Federation University and a Graduate Diploma (Masters) of Property from RMIT University. As Investment Committee Chair, Ben plays a key role in ensuring the Committee’s deliberations are well-anchored to strategic priorities, risk governance and the long-term interests of clients.
