John specialises in assisting private family companies and helping them through the succession planning process, in his capacity as a Non-Executive Director, Chairman or Board Member. John holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Luke Laretive has a decade of experience providing strategic investment analysis and advice to some of the world’s leading organisations. His diverse skill set now allows him to design and implement specialised, personalised, multi-asset portfolios for high net worth families, keeping their long-term objectives at the core of his strategy. Luke holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from Monash University as well as a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from The University of Western Australia. He is a level 2 accredited derivatives advisor and co-founder of Seneca.
Simon Bridgland began his career as a portfolio analyst, providing strategic advice and recommendations to portfolio managers at a national wealth management and business advisory practice. In 2013, Simon moved into private client advisory and since then, has been providing personalised advice to high net worth individuals, families and self-managed superannuation funds, with a focus on sustainable income-producing assets.
Simon joined Seneca in June of 2018 where he feels he has the opportunity to forge long-standing relationships and work in the best interests of his clients. Simon understands that technical expertise forms the basis of great advice and has invested in his education accordingly, he holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University and a Masters in Applied Finance from Kaplan. He is a Level 1 Accredited Derivatives Advisor.
